Pictures? I'll help you. But I can't remember what style they send when I order a DS light kit. It's been so long since I've put a light kit on a DS I can't remember.

You can use either of these brackets, but not both. If it were me, I'd use the one in the second photograph. Mount the micro switch to the bracket, and mount the bracket under the floor on the driver's side. Locate the two nylon brake blocks that hold the brake pedal assembly in place. There's two on the driver's side and two on the passenger side. Do not remove any of the brake block hardware, but put the bracket on the stud of the rear most bolt and secure it with an additional nut. Position it to where the micro switch will click when the pedal is released.

Sorry for any rules ive possibly broken postings this but i cannot find the instructions on how to make a new post. I have the same body on a 2013 ezgo txt 48v and everything was working. We delivered the cart. The police department added 8 of their police lights and let the cart die. I charged it up thats all good, but now my taillight dont work at all and my headlights come on instead of the tailight when i hit the brakes

Sounds like some wires are hooked up wrong. Most likely happened when they added the extra lights. I don't think it has anything to do with the dead batteries. You need to find a wiring diagram for your cart so you can trace the wires to see what's wrong.

I have attached a screenshot of the Electric Club Car section of the forum. An arrow shows the button for starting a new thread/post. You're more likely to get more responses if you start your own thread/post. I hope this helps you.

EDIT: Sorry, just realized you have a EZgo, not Club Car but it doesn't matter because the same "Start New Thread" button is on the EZgo page, too.
Just go to the Forum Home page --> Golf Cart Repair & Troubleshooting --> Electric Ezgo.
