The 1059w is labeled industrial duty. On board wise the 1050w charger is considerably larger in size than the 650w. The cord connection is 2 screw terminals. The connection for on-board should be 10g primary wire with ring terminals. It should be simple enough to make your own once the charger mounting location/position is known.
These chargers are in stock. The price for the 650w charger is $305. The 1050w is $339. See the charger pricing here > http://www.cartsunlimited.net/lester-summit-ii.html
Thanks, I think the 650 will do well for me. Went ahead and ordered it this am from your site Scotty. Thanks again

Still looking for ideas for mounting the charger onboard my cc ds. Anyone have pictures how they've mounted theirs?

Can I use the oem factory battery indicator lamp for indication when the lock out is active? I'm not sure if the lamp is incandescent or led but it is 48v I think? I plan on using the drawing as you posted in the other thread using a 48v relay.

When using the interlock function as shown do you guys suggest putting the trigger wire for the 12v accessory voltage reducer before (useable while charging) or after the lockout relay (disable everything while charging)?

Don't know what others are doing, I disable everything while charging.
I have an alarm on the relay which requires the cart ignition to be turned off to silence while charging.

The only think I would leave on the key switch side is a voltage meter if you have it wired to the key switch.

What do you suggest for relay? All the ones I keep seeing only have one set of NO contacts (spst) that would work if they had NC set of contacts. I'd like to have the option to add a buzzer or indicator lamp though. So what's good 48vdc spdt relay to use???

EDIT:
Think I found one, te connectivity pn: T9AP5D52-48 went ahead and ordered it.

Will do. Thanks. Will probably post most on my thread about the controller install but will definitely post a couple of how I mount the charger here. Controller install thread:
