Default Backup Tunes

https://www.backuptunes.com/sitemap.htm

Anyone have / do this?
They claim......
Backup Tunes is constructed with a water resistant speaker and a compact case with built in mounting holes, making installation a snap!
True?
I have a new RXV and interested in this if it's truly a plug & play.

Hmm, $79 seems expensive. I put one in my txt but it wasn’t that expensive and you could download whatever you wanted to it from your computer. If I read this correctly, you have to contact them to request anything other than their pre-loaded stuff. Scottyb turned me on to the one I have. I’ll have to dig up the name of it. I don’t remember how much it was, but I don’t think I spent more than 20 or 30.

The backup buzzer is part of the RXV POST sequence. Disabling it by cutting the wires or even unplugging it will cause the cart to cease to function and may corrupt the controller ($$$).
This may or may not be a suitable substitute but if it were me I wouldn't try it until one of the techs here says it's ok.

I collaborated with those guys about how to make it work on a rxv. (That was early curtis & danaher days). But I can tell you it isn't "plug & play"; cutting wires is required.
