Default Solenoid not engaging.

Working on a 2005 CC DS IQ. Owner said drove up to store parked got back in to go and nothing no solenoid click no movement an no reverse buzzer. Pack voltage is 51.0. With key on R/T on run F/ R switch on forward voltage on small + terminal on solenoid is 50.0. This was with MM - lead on pack -. With all switches on put MM +lead on small +post an -lead of MM on - small post of solenoid it had 0 voltage. Am I right to assume that it has lost the negative signal to the solenoid. I have unplug the 6 pin connector and jumped the blue an white wire still nothing. What am I missing.

What did you jumper the Blue/White to?
If your wiring is the same as my 2003 IQ, power for the solenoid activation coil comes from B+, thru the FNR switch, thru the Key switch and connects to the solenoid with a Light Blue wire.
You should read pack voltage on both small terminals of the solenoid with the Tow/Run switch On and the Key switch On.
The Blue/White wire from the solenoid goes to the controller where it is grounded after all other inputs are met.
If you ground the Blue/White to B- with a jumper the solenoid should close.
The controller needs to see pack voltage from the Tow/Run switch (pin #9 Gray), Key switch (pin #18 Tan), Foot switch (Pin #6 Green), and FNR switch (pin #8 Brown - forward or pin#16 Blue - reverse) before it will ground the Blue/White closing the solenoid.

I jumped the blue wire to the white wire on the OBC (harness side) to bypass the OBC.
Thanks for the info not at the cart now will run voltage test on the pins tomorrow.

I appreciate all the help.

Forgot about that input, mine is hardwired.
I did an OBC delete and the Blue needs to be connected to the White to provide the B+ input for the Charge Interlock to the controller.
The OBC will normally provide that input and remove it when charging.
You are probably missing one of the other inputs.
Could be a faulty switch, wire, loose connection, etc.
There are 2 sonic welds in the lines on either side of the Key switch that I've read are problematic.
Part of my wiring upgrades are to replace them with soldered connections.

Yes R&T I am hopping it is a wiring problem. Will check in to it tomorrow.

Was able to do more testing. Cart will not move no solenoid click or reverse buzzer. Pack voltage 50.5
With key switch on and tow/run on run I have pack voltage on both small terminals of solenoid. I can ground the Blue/White wire to B- and it will close.
Inputs for controller
# 18 tan key switch 50.0
# 9 Gray. Tow/Run. 50.5
#6 Green mcor (pedal down) 50.5
#8 Brown. Forward/Reverse switch in Forward 50.5
Blue Forward/Reverse switch in Reverse 50.5
Does this mean the Controller is bad???

Blue Reverse is pin #16.
Just to be sure, do you have 50.5v on pin #5 Light Blue - Charge Interlock?
When you measure the voltage is the negative to the battery B-?
Is the controller B- connection in good condition?
What controller does it have - OEM Curtis?

R&T. Yes pin #16 is blue reverse wire just forgot to put that in. Everything I checked was with black meter lead on pack neg. Pin #5 was 0 no voltage. It has the OEM controller. Everything is stock.
