94 DS 36V Won't Move
A neighbor asked if I could take a look at his 94 CC DS 36V that won't move but I'm not too knowledgable on the 36Vs. The battery pack reads 38.6V at the moment so it doesn't appear to be a battery issue. The solenoid clicks and the cart tries to move but only goes maybe an inch then stops, almost like its choked for power. Any thoughts on what it could be or what I should test? My gut was telling me it's a controller issue but I'm not certain.

leave your meter hooked to the pack and see how far the voltage drops when you try and move the cart......see if the batteries have a date code on them....

Do as Bodule says.
Are you sure the solenoid is clicking? If the batteries are good, it sounds to me like you could have a bad clicking solenoid. |
