Charger that I am using is a club car powerdrive2, model 22110.

I will charge overnight and repost the data!

Having the same issue with almost 3 year old crowns but 6 volts in one of my carts. Let me know if the car charger trick works for you.

You don't understand what we are saying. The pack will never charge well with that No 3 battery in it. You may be able to get the other batteries to be a little better if you charge them each separately with a 12V charger. You will need to get another battery to replace no 3. Go to a battery shop or a golf cart shop and see if they'll give you a second hand battery that they've taken as a trade. It needs to have the same amp-hours as your other batteries.

If you can't, or don't want to, do that, you'll need to replace them all with new ones. There is no use replacing just no 3 with a new one because it will be quickly ruined and you'll just be wasting your money.

Replace the whole pack, do away with the solar crap, and be good to go.
