What are you planning on doing for the front suspension? Or for 4wd?

Not that I have any experience with this, but it seems like if your not using those features from the quad, in addition to the engine, it doesn't seem worth completely redesigning the golf cart.

How much work do you want to do? If you go with a vanguard kit within 3-4 hours you are good to go. The atv project many many hours.

Sell the ATV, buy the Vany and kit from sponsors, 3-4 hrs you are riding again, put leftover money in pocket.

Many, many, many hours and still not done,

Yea, I hear that. I question if I had the skills or the patience to do it. Would be sweet to be able to putter around town & still keep up with the quads.
Crash, that machine of yours is badass!

With a 23 hp vanguard setup with the clutches and all, you won't be to far behind the quads, in fact in front of some.
