ezgo goes s l o w up hills

well got my 76'er 3wheeler up to the camp ground finely and took the madian voyage arround the place.it seems to do good on a few hills but the main hill is pretty steep and the cart goes up it very very slow i got brand new batts in it and have the petal to the floor. any ideas what i can do or whats causing it to slow up the hill.( yeh i know i can not go up it and just go down it ha ha) but i need to go up it. I fell like if i have someone else riding in the cart that we want make it up the hill it barley got me up it and it was the first time i tryed to go up it and it's a paved road .Please help thanks ezcome ezgo.
