Default Torque on crankcase??? Timing also??

Yamaha g16. Anybody know what the torque needs to be on the bolts that hold the crankcase together?

What about timing when I go to put the engine together. This is my first time rebuiding an engine. I do have someone who knows what they are doing helping me. Any advice helps.
