Default G16 throttle cabble adjustment

I put a new throttle cable on my g16 and want to know how you adjust it properly.

Cable #1 (from accelerator pedal to govenor) should have "allittle slack" , to tight and the lead end or cable can break. Cable # 2 (from govenor to carb) should have some "slack" also. The reason being, you want to push on the accel pedal, open the stop switch, have the engine turn over and fire up the ignition, before the throttle shaft opens, if not, you can get backfireing. Hope that helped.

Well I was thinking about your cart....but a wheel standing race car is cool I'm a Chevy guy, but I know you Ford guy's are fast. What engine/fuel system you runnen?

Oh lol.. Its just a simple g-16 that i tow my car with at races.
My race car has a stroked windsor 427 ci on alot of n2o.
I pull it with a chevrolet truck, they ride better than a ford.

That must be one heck of a "giggle gas" ride So Windsor (351?) stroked is 427? Us poor Chevy guy's only get 383
