How long was your batteries sitting??, off the charger before you took the readings

I fully charged them last night. Drove cart about an hour today.
So sitting about 9.5-10 hours after being fully charged.

After one hour today, ALL six (6) batteries are at 6.3. Whole pack at 37.9.

Is this good voltage?
