ez go f/r problem

my cart stopped moving .i turned my f/r button back and forth.got one little jump forward.but nothing else.:

I will help if you could identify the year and model ezgo you are asking about

Check to see the cable connections are tight on the backside of the switch.... are there any signs of heat like melted cable covering or blackened connections? Have there been any upgrades to the carts electrical drive system?
