Default 8v battery question..T875 or T890?

I will be getting my battieries soon and have decided that I want to go with Trojans. The issue now is the T875's are 63 lbs with 170ah. The T890's are 69 lbs with 190 ah. There is a considerable difference in price. I'm checking with a couple different Trojan dealers and neither acutally have the T890's so they are going to get back with me on the exact price but it appears that there is going to be about $40-$50 per battery difference. Is the extra capacity worth the difference in price?

Thanks in advance!

Terry

You spent big money for a BIG motor. That motor wants AMPS.

Give them to it!

YEs, you need the extra amperage capacity. You have less storage in an 8v compared to the 6v to start with > so get the biggest 8v available. If you have Crown batteries available check pricing on the CR190 8v.
At this point it makes no sense to scrimp but ~ You know that

Called Crown to see if there was a dealer anywhere close to me. Got transferred to 3 different people and ended up having to leave a voicemail for someone that is supposed to call me back. Doesn't sound promising so far.

At this point....well...I guess you got me there. Guess a few more hundred won't matter considering where I am already. This project kinda got out of hand. I suppose I should have known that was going to happen before I started it.

$167.84 each for 890's = $1062.42 tax and all.
