Voltage Reducer
I'm wanting to install a stereo in my EZ-GO which already has lights. My question is, do I need a voltage reducer or is there already one for the lights?

Re: Voltage Reducer
IF you have one it is aftermarket and it should be easy to find it. Most carts have 12v tapped off of 2 6v batteries in series. This is okay for occasional use but, not recommended for everyday type stuff like radios.
Trojan battery company recommends you use a voltage reducer due to the battery problems caused by draining 2 batteries more than the rest of the pack. |
