it will work without the diode but if diode is on there it has to be good and in the right direction..................................

OK...
I checked the solenoid disconnected and the two main positives open on both old and new solenoid. Once connected to battery they have 37.8 and 36.2. Doesn't matter if pedal down or not. Weird. No noise - nothing controller positive has 37.8 orange wire to solenoid has nothing. Red wire to accelerated sensor switch only has 13 volts All wires from forward reverse switch area 5? Have 36.2 volts. The cart guy supplied 37 volts to red wire by jumping and nothing. I would think jumping two solenoid positives would move cart unless the controller is just sitting there??? Anything. Last look before trashing. Can't guess on parts - all expensive |
