They attach by 2 metal "L" shaped clips on the outboard side that are attached to the headlight housing behind the parking light. The clips are designed to attach to the headlight and rotate to push against the inside of the cowl after the headlight is installed. On the inboard side is a plastic tab that fits behing the cowl. Maybe the photos will help?

Thanks sofar! Bought those lights last week and they fit my nose perfect! Looks like my cart did have the factory lights in it before I bought it.

As they are, they are just reflectors. There is a socket for a bulb in the back of the amber section that could be used for a light but no bulb is in it. The socket is filled with a plastic plug to keep dirt out. Looks like you could add a bulb if desired.
