Default 48 volt club car dead

I haves club car Ds serial number AAo112-000129 believe the car is a 2001. Turn key on putti forward nothing reverse is the same I do have the reverse buzzer. All batteries have 8.49 volts. When I hook up the charger nothing the meter does not even move. I don't know where to start any guidance would be appreciated

do you hear the solenoid click when you press the accelarator? If not jack up the cart, rear wheels off the ground and jump your solenoid. Let us know what happens.

AA = DS Electric Golf Car, 48 Volt System

01 = 2001 Model Year

12 = Manufactured during 12th production week

Did not hear the solenoid clickwhen I pressed the pedal so I jacked up the cart and jumped the solenoid nothing pressed the accelarator and heard it click softly.

what size batteries are in the cart? 48 volt could set up a number of ways ie. 4 -12 volt etc what is the total battery pack voltage?

Batteries are 6 8 volt Trojans close to two years old. The voltage reading I have is per battery not the group as my meter does not go that high they read 8.49 per battery. Just check the water level and adjusted it with distilled water and recharged about a month ago and things were fine then.
