it looks like you might have a b2-48 model....depending on weight carrying capacity, 3000 or 5000#, top speed is 11 mph or 8 mph respectively.....

getting ready to check lube in rear axle when I found the aluminum housing cracked....starts at where driver side tube goes into housing and goes around to rear of housing....CRAP!.....got a 3" muffler clamp around the axle housing at the tube and filled the crack with J-B weld......checked out Taylor-Dunn parts, $375.00 for new housing plus $51.00 shipping....not as bad as I thought...I was figuring $1500.00 - 2000.00 for one.....hopefully my quick fix will hold up for our fire convention......

got lightbar hardwired..bought a cheesy Wolo electronic siren/horn.....fixed a badly corroded floor mounted horn button...was able to drill out the rivets and clean the severly oxidized contacts....reassembled and now i've got factory horn working....installed a rear view mirror on inside windshield....gotta find an exterior mirror that looks like a scaled down truck mirror...

You have it looking Great. Did you see the fire engine on ebay 321190052851? You both put a lot of work in them.
