Default possible panel...

I admit I have not been around very many golf carts.
The one I have seems to missing a panel. Can't post pictures yet. So Right behind the seat I can look down and see the motor. Is there supposted to be a panel and how much does one run about? I don't think that is normal.

Any help, Is helpful.

Not sure what your talking about is missing, maybe the access panel over the motor, but you can post a picture any time you want to, you just can't post a link , and what cart are we talking about

^^^^ What Rib said. Are you talking about the panel behind the seat and in front of the golf bag stand ? There should be two panel mounted threads right there. The cover itself has two moulded "tangs at the top which connect to the upper rear body panel and then the two screws will secure it lower down. When I custom build a cart I often replace that cheezy piece of garbage with Diamond plate. Looks great and cheap to do.

The body is maybe a 95-98. Its a club car DS and its gas.

The opening/ "missing piece" is between the back of the seat and the that "bed"...

Someone I knew next door to me, had a golf cart. I didn't know that. And he said there was a panel and he had a plastic one the would work. $20 dollars. He don't have a cart now. And now he don't have a panel.
Didn't see any threads just holes but if I'm wrong, I will try bolting it on...

I assume you are not referring to the first picture in your post. The only thing shielding the engine in that shot is the seat itself. Can you get a picture from behind the cart and under the black dump bed ? Ima thinking that's what your talking about. I have to go to my shop today and I'll check and see if I have a cover lying around. If I do you can have it mate. $20 is a bit steep for a bit of plastic when you can make your own with a pair of tin snips for around $5.00 in ten minutes. Nice looking cart btw
