That is all that they will take. The charger shuts off at that point. Tried 2 chargers same result.

. . . when testing the SG, and it won't register (probably below 1.1 as most refractometers start at 1.1), I would think that one or more are bad . . . have you tried to bring them up one at a time with a 12v charger? This may give an indication of how many are good/bad . . . I have same batteries in my cart that are 3 years old and going strong . . .

Charged batteries one at a time on 12 volt charger for 30 minutes each, then charged the pack over night with the cart charger. Checked the pack voltage this morning and it was at 50.2 volts. I will check the specific gravity in each cell after work today. Could it be that they were to low for the cart charger to bring them up.

. . . did charger run a complete charge cycle and shut off? 50.2v is only about 90% charged . . .

. . . I would drive cart a few minutes and plug charger back in, doing this several times over a few days and see if it improves pack voltage . . . those batteries are not that old and should charge up better than what you are seeing . . .

US Battery calls them "Sweeper/Scrubber" General Purpose (doesn't sound like golf cart batteries?)
