Default 2011 TXT PDS Cart - Freedom Chip - No place to plug

I have a 2011 EZGO TXT. I did some research on this site and found that if the Forward/Reverse switch is on the dash and you have a TOW/Run switch, then you have a PDS cart, which is what I have. So I bought a "Freedom Chip" which is the J2 plug thingy with the 2 yellow jumper wires. Every thing I read on this site and even the intructions that came with the chip said it would work with ALL PDS 2000 and up. I pulled off the controller cover and the stock curtis controller (model: 1206HB-5201, pt#: 612632, 48V, 250A) , looks nothing like the diagram that came with the intructions and there is no socket to plug in the "chip". So at this point I have no idea how to increase speed with the stock controller. What are my options to increase speed on this controller? I am not interested in spending the money for a new controller.

You may have a PD2 system - can you post the Curtis model # ?
