Default 2000 Club Cat Turf 2 Carryall. whoops!

Well, I made a mistake on my part. I was wanting to replace a drive clutch on our Club Car Turf 2. I got ahead of myself and just assumed the long clutch bolt was the same as our EZGOs and Toro Workmans, with normal right hand threads. Well that wasn't the case. Club Car made them with backwards threads apparently and now the bolt is broken off inside the clutch, so I can't use the puller tool. Any tricks on getting that clutch off? I'm hoping if I can get it off that I can still get the rest of that bolt out. Thanks!

If you have a stick welder you can try taking a ⅛" mild steel rod (6011 or 6013) and arc it to the broken bolt for a few seconds and then release the clamp. The rod should be welded enough to turn out the bolt with pliers. I hope this helps!

The puller bolts in the clutch itself. If there is enough room left you may still be able to use those threads with a different length bolt
