Default Club Car 1993 36 to 48V conversion help

Can you assist me - I've installed a 650alltrax controller on an originally controller cart (Curtis), upgraded the solenoid SW180, and changed the 36V to 48V, updgraded the battery cables to h/d gauge. I am installing a new HD F/R switch, as Ive blown microswitches in both the vglide and above the existing F/R switch. I've been told this is a 0-5K machine, and need to know if you sell or can recommend a pot box or if there is a newer HD v glide that I can buy. I've been told the pot box is the way to go but I am not sure how to install it or if there is a conversion kit. FYI - I also did put in a lift kit w/22" tires and a back seat - and the motor I replaced is meant for serious increased torque and gives me 18MPH.

It's the throttle that CC has used since 2001. It is a sealed unit and has been the most reliable so far for CC...

Im pretty sure Club Car part # AM293201 is the pre mcor to mcor upgrade kit. It should have everything you need. You will need to change the throttle in the controller to club car 3 wire
