Did you by an OEM one or a aftermarket. Can't tell you how many problems have came form the knock-off brands...

If you did buy an OEM one like from Revolution Golf Cars, then other things it could be:

Loose connection(s)
Motor Brushes
and worst case would be a controller issue.

As always in these type of posts the basics are still the most important item...what are your voltage readings? Are all the batteries showing equal voltage readings? One bad battery that drops out under load can cause the problem. 😎

Ugh! It sounds like possibly a controller problem. Call David Hicks tomorrow after 9 (Revolution Golf Cars) and he will help you with an exact diagnosis.

In a situation where the car doesn't run, hold the pedal at about half throttle to keep the solenoid engaged and have an assistant give the cart a push to get it going. Often, when you have a motor issue, you'll get these symptoms. If the cart starts to move under it's own power after you assist it, the motor is the issue.

I spun the wheel with my foot with the pedal down and it worked. I will be looking at motor brushes. Thanks
