You have to give us more details then that? I asked you or referenced 2 different things. Reply back on both; when on the MCOR replacement and what did the voltages come back on the yellow wire?

And that was checked tonight with your current one??
Make sure the key is on, in FNR in Forward, and the wheels jacked up off the ground. Give me the Voltage readings for the following at M- on the controller: 1) Static Voltage = 2) Go Pedal depressed just enough to make main solenoid close = 3) Go pedal half way down = 4) Go Pedal all the way down = |

This is where I am now,, yellow wire test , before throttle 0 volts at the click 1 volt 1/2 throttle 3 volts, full throttle 8.25 volts,,,M- test. Before throttle 48.2 volts on the click goes to 51 volts ... tested motor and it is good, what else can I check ???

That is what I need to know and was relevant information. Your controller is bad. It should have dropped as you depressed the pedal, all the way down to 0 at fully depressed. You already confirmed the input from the MCOR to the controller but the output from the controller is not there.
