2006 ds 48v mcor question.
When I rebuilt my 06 club car I upgraded the mcor to the 2 I believe.
I have recently noticed possibly a dead spot, if possible at a certain throttle position. I often drive at the same speed with the throttle in the same position. And it seems that when at held at a certain spot it cuts out but when more throttle given it has no issues. Is it possible to be worn in one spot. |

Re: 2006 ds 48v mcor question.
Try the old "key off - Pump the pedal to the floor ~30 times or so" and see if that clears it up. There was a post yesterday where the OP drilled a small hole in the side of it and cleaned it out with Electraclean but I do not know it that is a sustainable fix or not.

Is that just like cleaning the swiper or brush.
