Default 2006 ds 48v mcor question.

When I rebuilt my 06 club car I upgraded the mcor to the 2 I believe.

I have recently noticed possibly a dead spot, if possible at a certain throttle position. I often drive at the same speed with the throttle in the same position. And it seems that when at held at a certain spot it cuts out but when more throttle given it has no
issues.

Is it possible to be worn in one spot.

Try the old "key off - Pump the pedal to the floor ~30 times or so" and see if that clears it up. There was a post yesterday where the OP drilled a small hole in the side of it and cleaned it out with Electraclean but I do not know it that is a sustainable fix or not.

Is that just like cleaning the swiper or brush.

MCOR 2 is only for a Precedent. If you converted it, you converted it to either an MCOR3 or an MCOR4. The date in which you converted it is the determining factor of which one it is. If it's the MCOR 3, it needs to be replaced with an MCOR4. No conversion kit needed.
