Like scottyb said, check all the wires and take a wire diagram with you. I once removed all my bat's and missed one little wire and that stopped the whole cart but bells and whistles..

It's pretty easy (for me any way) to miss wire the darn thing or forget to tighten one cable. The cables being tight make a big difference..

After a lot of checking, the problem seems to be the motor controler.

i need a wiring diagram. i unhooked my controller and dont know where the wires go. 1995 club car elec 48v
