Thank you. I have a local dealer who may have a speed sensor in stock. I appreciate all of your comments. I will post the outcome as soon as I get the new speed sensor on.

I know very little about golf carts, and even less about Club Cars. Have a friend who wants to speed up their 2013 Club Car. Seems like replacing the magnet is pretty simple and straight forward, but my question is....will not having the regen braking be a bad thing? We're guessing the cart currently goes about 15 mph.
