Default Power Drive 2 Charger Relay

Our Club Car cart was moved while still plugged in. The AC power in terminals came off both the breaker and relay terminals. Got everything re connected except the bottom 2 terminals on the relay. One is for the breaker and one for the primary coil but the diagram I have isn’t clear on which wire goes where. Any advice would be much appreciated.

The terminals should be marked on the relay for AC or Coil side.

Was the cart driven with the charger plugged in or was it pushed? With a properly functioning charging system and OBC the cart should not be drive-able while the charger is plugged in.

If the replacement relay only has two 1/4" terminals (SPST) then use either one for either wire.

If the relay has three 1/4" terminals (SPDT) then plug the breaker wire on the NO terminal and the transformer wire to the COM terminal.

The charger was not plugged in to the cart it was just rest on the cart floor but the Ac cord caught on something and disconnected the wires inside the charger.

The relay has 4 terminals but 2 were not disconnected. The two that came off are COM and NO. I assume the wire from the breaker should go to COM (?)

That is a SPST relay. It can go in either terminal, COM is fine

By the way the coil terminals are smaller, they are 3/16".
