I was trying to find a pic of the fuse holder. Most people wouldnt think that's a fuse.

I actually had one in my gallery.

Looks like this should be mounted to the aluminum plate that the controller is mounted to. Inside is a typical 15amp blade style fuse.

Yes, I’ve been checking everything with my multimeter. I’ve checked all the fuses I could find visually and that are referenced in the wiring diagram.

Yep checked this one yesterday after getting under and visually finding it.

I agree that it likely WAS something simple but now I am not sure....

Checking the solenoid, the small terminals had the appropriate resistance per the manual at about 225 ohms. The large terminals didn’t seem to want to give consistent continuity. The resistor on the solenoid appears to have melted the plastic sheathing around the wire and doesn’t seem to give consistent continuity readings either. I hear no click when turning the key to ON, pressing gas or anything else. But the tow/run switch also did not provide expected readings, as it was putting off nearly 50v in Tow.

Your aim is a little wild. It's probably something simple. Start with the basic wiring and let it lead you to culprit.

Have you looked over the wiring diagram?

Do you have a multi meter? A few test on the main harness connector will rule out all the components on the run tow circuit.

Thanks for the tip on charging the cart. This actually brought the OBC back to life, I’m guessing out of “sleep” mode so now the reverse buzzer is back. The key switch tested fine for continuity and I was able to verify the tow/run switch doesn’t seem like the problem as I bypassed that with the same results.

Now I’m on to checking the TPS (since it’s a 2009), but the book expects 0v when in Run, key ON and pedal not pressed. It expects 48v when the pedal is pressed but I’m simply getting a constant 12v.

Wanted to provide an update: Kill switch got fried. Due to reducer being defective, according to shop. Not actually reducing voltage. Who knew. :(

I have a couple questions that I couldn’t find while searching:

1) There is a yellow bullet style connection in the battery bank, the MadJax instructions reference it for use with their kit. What is this connection for exactly? It seems like it’s simply serving as a neutral connection in regards to the kit?

2) My cart currently has the headlights and blinker kit wired direct to a single battery. I’ve read a reducer is desired for battery health...just how much will it drain the battery? Is there a safety concern with running off of a single battery versus a reducer?
