Mike I bought the controller on ebay. I did find my wiring diagram. Hopefully Ill have it up and running this afternoon.

Was it a used controller? The pin connectors and instructions SHOULD have been included with the new controller...

I found the instructions but there was no pin connector with it. I brought it from performance golf cars.com Yes its a new controller. Havent got everything up and running yet. Still working on it. Im also rebuilding my FNR switch.

Gornoman, what kind of screws hold the solenoid on the alltrax controller. It looks like it needs to be a plastic press in screw.

There are two nylon inserts in the face of the controller that will accept coarse thread screws (not machine thread). Might be a #12 pan head sheet metal screw. Don't expect to be able to torque it down as the nylon will just strip out. They are just like license plate screws on many cars. You snug it up and stop.

I have the FNR switch back on and the controller mounted. I am replacing a 1206 controller with the alltrax 4844. 36 volt. On teh directions it says the B- on alltrax goes to Batt- black and solenoid black. Everything is completely opposite of the way it was on my 1206. Which side of the solenoid is black. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
