Default Utility 775 airport cart won't go

Ez go Utility 775 airport cart, serial # 18930585- 40.1 volts on the batteries, cart will not do anything. No click when turning key on or when pressing the pedal. I was told today by a local cart dealer that it was a bad electronic control box that would be located in front of the left rear tire. Guess what? I have traced every wire on this cart twice and cannot find any such "electronic box" If anyone can help with this or knows where I can find a wiring diagram it would be greatly appreciated.

Was this one of the fleet from the GA dome? My friend bought one of those, and the electric system needed a real going over. Does it have 3 ballast resistors? 3 solenoids? We ended up replacing all the wires (go 4 ga) and solenoids and heavy duty F/R switch. Also, the microswitches on the F/R switch would not engage right and took a little monkey rigging to make work right.
pix of the batts, solenoids, and what ever else you can send will help the expreets here

Here are more pics. A buddy of mine bought this at a auction and let it sit out in the weather for about 8 months and i finally talked him out of it. It looks a little rough but I dont think it is beyond repair and i think it will be awsome to restore, but i havent been able to find to much info about these. So if any one out there has any info, i am all ears!
