88 easy go wants to start but doesnt
I have an 88 ez go and it has sat over the last 7 months not being started. i tried to start it and it did at first and went in reverse just fine the foward just fine. then i parked it for about 10 minutes. went to drive it again. went in revese fine. then went to go forward and went super slow then wouldnt move at all. now it wont go forward or reverse. but it sounds like it is tring to start still when i apply the gas. any sugestions on what to try to look at? also it is a 2 cycle

Sitting that long verify gas to carb, then is the plug wet?
You may have to clean the carb. |

Any luck yet?
If not, old gas may be the problem. The float or main jet might be a bit gummed up as well. Did it run well before it sat for 7 months? |
