EZ go just goes dead
Pack voltage over 39....each battery checks out at 6.4 or better.Runs fine for about an hour. Then sits for a minute an wont go again until it sits for 20-30 minutes.

Re: EZ go just goes dead
Is your controller overheating? Are any of your battery cables hot after you drive a good distance? I would check all the connections and condition of the cables. If they are good and the controller isn't hot to the touch, then you may have some worn out batteries. Are these the ones you overcharged at 12v?? Short run time then dead can happen when the controller doesn't see enough voltage, as the cart sits and the chemical reactions take place, your batteries get a slight recharge and you can go again for a short time. Next time it dies, put a volt meter on the pack and see if you're below 36v.

Take heed to what the architect says too. Definitely pack a voltmeter on your next test drive!
