To each his own but my answer to your question is that I see carts at the campground mine stays at, every weekend, that make it til about 10:30 or 11pm and then I see them either running with dim lights, lights that dim every time they push the pedal, or no lights at all because the pack has weakened enough that there is enough collective juice to still make the cart go but not enough to feed their reducer enough to power accessories. When I was running my lights and radio off of one of my 12v pack batteries, the same thing was happening to me. Now I can run both lights and stereo longer than the cart will go at all and it takes an extra 10 seconds to plug the extra charger in.
