I appreciate it. I will do that within the next couple of days and let y'all know the results.

Cart runs steady at 17.5mph on flat ground. Hit 18.1 on very slight downgrade. This makes be have to think that the cart is already on speed code #4, which would mean it is definitely lagging. But is there any way it could be reaching those speeds if on speed code 3?

No speed code 3 will do 16mph tops. Unless you have larger size tires other than stock. I was getting 18mph with a code 3 with 22" tires. I would say you have some week batteries. But make sure all connections are clean and tight.

I have the stock 10" rims with 20" tires. All connections are spotless, tight, and have terminal protector spray on them. I'm just guessing they are weak. Guess it saves me $115 though since it's probably already in speed code 4

If you have 20" tires and your doing 17-18 you might have a code 3. I was assuming you had stock tires.

I was incorrect as my cart is completely stock I believe. They are 205/50-10 Kenda tires. Believe those are only 18" or so

Final update on old batteries. Was finally able to test it on the course today. Drove 2.0 miles to the course with two big hills, drove 18 holes with 2 people while climbing 3 big hills, and then 2.0 miles home. Still at 70.0% soc. Positive that batts are still good and that they could handle a radio as well.
