CCFanitic....if no micro switches in F/R switch, what do the other 4 wires go to that go in the back..3 wires go to rocker switch, do the other 4 go to something that could be bad or loose

The other 4 go to the IQDM port located on the underside of the switch

Test your meter on a single battery and see if you read + voltage with red on positive and black on negative... Now see if you read - voltage when you reverse the leads. If yes
Use this technique to determine if you have + or - on the small posts, you should have one of each... we know you don't, but we don't know which one you are missing. You can find out if you are missing the + or -.

Scotty, I will check when the rain slows down a little. Now do you want that test from battery negative to both small post then reverse or between two small post then reverse

Scotty, I will wait and do the test in order per your response. Just want to throw this at the problem. Wkile checking for loose or bad wires I check for ohms and volts..There is a wire harness with 4 wires that go from aconnector at the F/R switch to plug on controller.Ohms are good however there is no voltage at F/R plug or at plug at controller...thats with everything on and peddle down..

Just because you hear it click doesn't mean its working. Find the wires from the sw and check them with your ohm meter.

ScottyB...Had a chance to check +/- on solenoid...With my negative probe on negative pack cable, both little post read 44.5 +/-.....with my positive probe on negative pack cable, both little post read -44.5.....

Let me throw this at you also....yesterday I went through the entire cart checking for loose, corroded or dirty terminals...Pulled all the connections and fuses, loosened and tightened everything...Well, just happened to try the cart and it worked perfect for a few times....Reverse buzzer worked, solenoid was clicking, moved forward and backwards fine for about 5 times....Waited about 10 mins and tried it again and YEP...back to nothing again...just like it was...
Have rechecked everything I did before and nothing...no reverse buzzer, no solenoid clicking, same voltage as before
