Default 30 amp fuses blowing

i just started at a new golf course this sping and we have 2017 precedent carts with the eric chargers.last week i had to replace about 20 of the 30 amp fuses.where do i start looking to figure out what happened to cause this issue.thank you

You may have a defective charger that is outputting too much voltage and blowing the fuse in every cart it is plugged.

what is the most efficient way to check that as it was 5 carts one day then 8 then 6 the following day,so there must be multiple chargers with issues.i am the only tech for 2 courses so i dont have a ton of time to spend on this issue.thank you for your time though

Get a blank USB stick formatted as "FAT-32", make sure the charger is unplugged from the cart and insert the usb stick in the charger usb port.

The lights will start blinking as the charger uploads the log for the last several weeks/months into the usb stick.

Once the lights are solid remove the usb stick.

You can use the same USB stick in several chargers as they should create a unique file with the charger serial number.

Download and install the free iDat software in a windows PC/Laptop and look at each charger log to see the faults:

What all the chargers have in common is the AC line. That's where I'd start.
