1989 Club Car Gas
Ok this may sound dumb but the cart I bought the guy who owned it said it was a 2 stroke but i think its a 4 stroke reason being it has engin oil and a 2 stroke doesn't right? It not running really well i think because of the oil in the gas,is there a way to tell for certian by number what type and size of motor it is? Also where can i find a new tube that connects the air filter to the choke box can't seem to find one. Thanks for any help. Where can i find specs for the motor like oil capicity and other general specifications.

Re: 1989 Club Car Gas
If I recall properly. Club Car never made a 2 stroke golf cart!! So It is a 4 stroke unless someone put a different engine in it!!

Fixed it for ya' Chris!
Welcome to BGW kj! The air intake tube you may have to get at a Club Car dealer, and the engine most likely is a KF82 / FZ340, Use the "search" button on the 2nd blue tool bar, to the right... there is a bunch of info on the KF82 engine! |
