Default $50 Golf Cart (G16)

A guy in my town is selling a G16 that was damaged in a property fire for $50; he said the frame, electric motor, tires/wheels, basically everything inside the body are in good shape - however it appears that the seats, roof, and about 1/4 of the body burned. No word on the condition of the batteries (if there are any).

Worth a $50 longshot? Worst case scenario I'm spending an additional 40 bucks to take it to the dump.

I bought a $50 cart once and it ended up needing about $50 in parts and I resold for $1000. Buy it, you could piss away $50 on worse things

AGREE!! Motor & controller alone are worth plenty more than that. Axle in good shape, easy $200 to anyone who needs it. Even for parts alone, grab it. You may have just made some new friends around here. To heck with the damaged batteries, body & top. If you wanna build it, make a friend with a dealer who deals in ex-golf course cars.

I think I will go ahead and scoop it up, that space in the garage wasn't doing anything for me anyways. If it looks like too big of a project I'll just part it out on the cheap on BGW
