Default 2008 EZGO shuttle lithium conversion help

I recently purchased the Allied 48v 105ah commercial battery for my golf cart and cannot get the wiring correct.. seeing if anyone out there can help. I have the Positive and negative battery terminal wires but not sure on a few smaller wires. There is a small positive and two small negatives connected at the end of the series of batteries but not sure if they need to go on the 48 to 12v converter or right back to the battery. Also one green wire came from my accessories block and was on a random battery it seems. I have photos of before and after if anyone can help out.

Possible they tapped 2 batteries to get 12v. Did you have 6 volts batteries previously? And no sign of a DC DC converter?

If you have a pair of red and black wires in a fabric based loom those usually go to the bar graph meter on the dash. Black wire is also the ground for the original 12v circuit. Green was on the second battery from the pack negative connected to the + of that battery to give you + 12v

Thanks for the replies! I actually got it all going. Just took a little more thought. The battery added a mph or two and added way more torque. Thanks guys!
