Where is the reverse horn located?
Before I just put it in reverse and start looking, I thought I would ask. My cart is used for hunting and I need to quiet this beep down. It is way too loud. Thx

The easiest way is to unplug the switched lead to the beeper at the forward reverse switch. Give us a little more information on year and model and I'm sure someone can point you to the correct wire.

Are you talking about an RXV mentioned in some of your other posts?
If so the the buzzer is on the passenger side under the plastic splash shield that covers the controller. Put some electrical tape or such over it to quiet it down. DO NOT DISCONNECT IT. Cart won't run if you do. (RXV is unique in this regard I believe. Probably 2Five also.) edit: owners guide page 27 has instructions on how to remove plastic shield. owners guide is available online |
