After getting everything off, including the hub this is what I found:

The axle is moving very slowly while reving. I put new hubs on, and nothing. See the attached video link:

I may have been wrong about everything. I pulled the brakes, and the hubs spin much more freely. I’m hoping this is the answer...I was proactive and bought new brakes so we shall see...

Well...back to the drawing board. After swapping hubs and replacing brakes, I had wheel movement on both side while jacked up. Once on the ground absolutely nothing from or back. So is it the clutch? I’m at a loss, completely.

Took into a professional, who had to basically physically remove the neutral lock. The mechanism was moving, but the actual pin was stuck in place. He said it was definitely a first. I just got it back today.
