Sorry for the late response. Been on vacation. Just returned home, negative on the rear clam shell. Something appears to be holding it where it will not open.

After looking at the photos, you will need to unbolt the seat base frame rail and remove it first. It looks like the seat belt part is going to be in the way. You might also need to check that cooler mount and see if those bolts go just through the clam shell or all the way through to the cross member (if they go through the cross member, they will have to come out too.)

OK, thanks. Will look at it tonight. I will check and see if any part of the clamshell is bolted to the frame. I thought i looked at that real good to see if the brackets were bolted to the frame. Will check though. Thanks
