2001 ezgo txt won't move.

Getting the solenoid to click and getting the lights to illuminate are two separate issues, so prioritize them, then fix one and then the other.

I can get lights to come if I run power from battery pack and put on BI terminal. Should this be full pack voltage? I put white/yellow on B and white on I. I have no voltage readings on these terminals.
