Default Need more speed

I have a ezgo textron and wondering what the easiest way is to make this thing go faster. Thing is just to slow. Should I sell it and buy something else or can I do something quick and easy to get some more speed and a little more torque without breaking the bank.

We need to know which drive system you have. And a general upgrade budget would help.

not only do we need to know the drive system you got as Scotty ask above.....

but what type of speed are you wanting to attain......and what do you consider "breaking the bank"? as in what is your budget to accomplish your Need for Speed?

That's right Nuke. This is a very common and general Q. But ....
Not only is the answer different for series vs regen drive systems but the costs are different for 18-20 mph vs 22-24 mph. So we need to know the target speed the owners wants and ...and we need to know the loads and type of terrain or use the cart will see to give a comprehensive answer.

48v RXV's w/ no mods straight off golf c.. @20mph. $1,500-$3,000 Depending on location , condition ect ect......

Seen cost of upgrades close to that.
Batteries , Motor , controller , charger ect...
