Accelorator Pedal Problem
05 PDS 36 volt EZ-GO. My cart is shutting down with no power to motor. I can take off a a good clip and then it shuts down. I push the accelorator pedal up and down a few times and I am going again. Being this year I left my cart here in Baja I am wondering if part of the go petal system has some rust in it. I can take it apart and address the rust. Or is it a part that I will have to replace. It seems to be getting worse. Any help appreciated. Took hydro readings this morning and still have excellent batteries, 6 years old. As some of you know I have never had this cart on a charger. Only 3 120 watt solar panels on the carts roof.

Re: Accelorator Pedal Problem
My bet --- Batteries.
Load test them. Bet that voltage craters under load. read johnnieb 's posts on batteries. |
