Default If I put my charger on a timer for the winter is there any harm?

I was thinking about an AirConditioner Timer ( heavy Duty)

And set it for On Monday Thursday Saturday

is this gonna help or hurt?

we are having weird weather in St. Louis
60 one day- 25 the next, then 40, then 15?

Recharging a pack in storage 3Xs a week would be overkill and may do some harm. Wet cell batteries loose about 1% of their charge per day. At that rate recharge would not be needed but every 2-3 weeks. (down 14-21%)
A better bet for the health of the batteries is a float charge.
Use Accusense charger like you this one which goes into float mode when the charge is done.

About putting chargers on timers like the one mentioned.

After a charge cycle completes, not all chargers will initiate a new charge cycle without being disconnected from the cart. (IE: Battery sense voltage has to drop to zero to reset the control board.)

To check if yours does or not, let pack charge overnight and if the charger has automatically shut off the next morning, unplug the charger from AC Power outlet, but leave charging cable plugged into cart, wait a few seconds and plug back into AC Power. If it starts a new cycle, it will work with a timer.
