E-Z-Go sells a boot for the tires. It's also a good way to child proof it.

I made a setup to lock the seat down a few months back. I think I posted a video of it on here somewhere. I had a keyless fob I used to lock and unlock the seat. That way when you put it in tow, it wasn't going to be accessible by anyone until you unlocked the seat. Of course, if someone was determined enough they could rip the seat off the frame, but they'd be a bit noticeable in doing such
