96 medalist
My neighbor try to take the back up alarm out of his ezgo by connecting the two wires from the alarm together after he did that a spark came from the battery's. Now it will not go anywhere tried new silinoide still not the problem no fuses anywhere on cart.

Your neighbor likely fried plenty more than a fuse (like maybe a motor controller). Might be as simple as a microswitch or reed switch. Look up a diagram for your model/drive type cart on this site, follow the wires from the reverse beeper back until you find the offending part. Coulda looked around here before he went wild with wirenuts...

LOL - Tell your neighbor to put down the pliers and step away from the cart
Here's a diagram of the cart (if it's a series drive - cuz it could be a DCS drive?) Does this look like it? This one of a few possibilities |
